It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Paul Miller of Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 12, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David H. Miller and Bertha M. Miller (Kauffman); and his siblings, Samuel Miller, Zelda Cramer and Doris Bratton.
He is survived by: his significant other Shirley Ann Miller (Hutchinson); his children, Kimbra Napier (Thomas Sheaffer) of Lewistown, Brian Miller (Yvonne "Yonnie") of Millersburg, Lisa Marker (Steven) of Reedsville and Karen Goodman of Ephrata; his grandchildren, Kendra Fonash (Stephen), Kara Kauffman (Tyler), Alexa Zakaszewski (Ivan), Kyle Miller (Claire), Ryan Marker, Emily Petersen (Ryan), Shawn Marker (Kara), Joshua Goodman (Nikki) and Alicia Goodman (Ryan Davies); his stepgrandchildren, Eric Sheaffer, Melissa Kauffman, Jennifer Sheaffer (Kristian Bulick) and Preston Bergey (Bridget); his brother Ralph Miller (Beverly) of Burnham; his brother-in-law William Hutchinson (Paula) of McVeytown; and also, John and Tracy Williams. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Richard's memory may be made to Lake Park United Methodist Church, 400 Crystal Spring Avenue, Lewistown, PA 17044.
