It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Barber in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, born in Beaver Springs, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur W. Ulsh and Dorothy I. Ulsh (Johnson); her husband Kenneth E. Barber; and her brother James W. Ulsh. She is survived by: her children, Pamela M. Moricz (Steve') and Kenneth F. Barber (Jeanette); her grandchildren, Amy Kelly (Moricz), Brett Barber (Leah), Breanna Kauffman (Andrew) and Kelli Barber; her great grandchildren, Aiden and Alyssa Kelly; and her sister Helen D. Moyer (Ulsh).
