He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Milligan and Dorothy Milligan (Pratz); and his siblings, Butch, Bob Milligan and June Weinberg.

He is survived by: his former wife Belinda Norman; his children, Pete Milligan Jr. of Lewistown and Christina Milligan of Lewistown; his siblings, Charlie Milligan (Debbie) of Tenn, Dottie Geroe (Ed) and Janie Milligan; and his close friends, Jimmy Wray and Aaron Cox. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
