She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Billman and Mary Billman (Naugle); and her husband Kenneth E. Wetzel. She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Weader (Robert), Donna White (Arthur) and Valerie Deamer; and her grandchildren, Charlene Markley, Karl Bubb, Laura Kilian, Kenneth McCartney, Douglas McCartney, Matt Deamer, Zachary Deamer and Nicholas Deamer. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
