It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Louise Shepherd (Lewistown, Pennsylvania), born in State College, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 27, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph N. and Mary E. Hoar (Smith); her husband Harold L. Shepherd; her grandson Joshua Shepherd; and her siblings, Joseph, John Hoar, Ronald McKinley and Barbara Snook.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffery Shepherd (Vicki) of Reedsville and Douglas Shepherd (Antoinette) of Lewistown; her grandchildren, Danielle Rheel (Dustin), Courtney Hernandez (Jose), Jared Shepherd (Chelsea) and Jacob Shepherd (Kara Thompson); and her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Lucy Rheel, Ace Hernandez, Noah, Evan Shepherd, Hannah Ciccolini, Amelia, Anna, Matthew and Malachi Shepherd.
