She is survived by: her daughter Tina Campbell (William) of Lewistown; her stepchildren, Barry Farrell, Stacy Farrell and Nelda Frazier of Bellefonte; and her brother Larry Wingard of Spring Mills. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
