She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Smiley (Settle) and John Smiley; her sisters, Margaret "Peggy" Smiley and Patricia Leeper; and her husband Fred E. Toner.
She is survived by: her children, Debra L. Altiery of Lewistown and Gary E. Toner (Deborah) of Point Pleasant, NJ; her grandchildren, Kelli Burd (Robert) of Palmyra, PA, Kimberly Stutsman (Brian) of Madison, OH, Keith Altiery (Heidi) of Reedsville, Olivia Toner of Point Pleasant, NJ and Jake Toner of Point Pleasant, NJ; her great grandchildren, Andrew, Tanner, Christian, Eric, Luke, Adriana, Julian, Veronica, Zoe, Siena and Nico; and her pets, Abby, Austin, Nick and Taffy.
In lieu of flowers, Nancy requested donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Pets Come First, Centre Hall, PA.
