He was predeceased by: his parents, Max E. Corkins, Sr. and Ednalue Corkins-Caton (Peck). He is survived by: his children, Sherri Oakes of Strasburg Virginia, Terri Shiffler of Strasburg Virginia, Leslie Sweeney (Chris Warfel) of Reedsville and Maxi Curry (Wade) of Lewistown; his siblings, Catherine Gutshall (Brian) of Lewistown and Garth Corkins (Tammy) of Lewistown; and his stepsisters, Colleen Perou (Patrick) of New Jersey and Maureen Durst (Scott) of Lewistown. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
