He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry "Rice" Osborne and Lillie Mae Osborne (Stringfellow); and his siblings, Harry Osborne, Wanda Miller, Clara Colabine, Jay Osborne, Mary Earnest and Debbie Osborne.
He is survived by: his wife Leona Osborne (Amtower); his daughter Ruth Ann Ream (Brad) of Lewistown; his sisters, Barbara Fink (Jack Watson) of Lewistown and Linda Byler (Paul) of Belleville; his grandson Zachary Ream (Michelle Shirey); and his great grandchild Madison Ream (Luke Beagle).
