He was predeceased by: his parents, George L. McKinney and Pauline M. McKinney (Taylor); and his wife Lorma L. McKinney (Querry). He is survived by: his children, Kelly L. Gardner (Richard) of Altoona, Terri L. Seay (Mark) of Harrisburg and Kurt L. McKinney, Jr. (Bridget) of Belleville; his grandchildren, Matthew McKinney (Debra), Michael McKinney (Jessica) of Halifax and Mavryk McKinney of Belleville; and his sister Sandra Cook (Bob) of Lewistown.
