He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. McMinn and Dolores L. McMinn (Benner). He is survived by: his wife Connie McMinn (Goss); his daughters, Kelly Manning (Ryan) of Florida and Kerry Lake (Luke) of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Ian, Carter, Colin, Lucy, Addie and Oakley; and his brother Douglas C. McMinn (Donna).
