He was predeceased by: his parents, George R. Mowery and Isabelle Mowery (Conner); and his wife Vivian Mowery (Stone). He is survived by: his children, Kenneth E. Mowery Jr. (Teresa) of Beaver Springs, Laurel C. Archey (Jeffrey) of Bloomsburg and Lanette C. Shockey (Todd) of Mount Airy; his grandchildren, Chelsea Mowery, Kaitlin Benner, Nathan Archey (Patricia), Matthew Archey (Cassandra), Courtney Battles, Ryan Battles, Matthew Shockey (Mary), Michael Shockey and Melina Shockey; his great grandchildren, Camden, Lilah, Elizabeth, Evelyn, Amara and Micah; and his brother Stanley Mowery of Lewistown.
Viewing was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes (200 N Main St, Lewistown, PA 17044). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Mt. Rock Cemetery.
