She is survived by: her children, Kevin Ruhl Sr. of Lancaster, Stacy Packard of Lancaster, Richard Packard of Lewistown, James Packard Jr. of Lewistown and Justin Packard (Amber) of Lewistown; her grandchildren, Kevin Ruhl Jr., Justin Packard Jr., Austin Packard, Ander Lyter, Kahlessia Packard, Isandro, Javontae, Octavian Gonzalez, Ivan and Kayla Perez; and her siblings, Mary Williams Martin (David) of Alamo, Tenn, Cyrus Williams of Mount Joy and John Williams (Karen) of Manheim.
