She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Milligan and Dorothy Milligan (Pratz) of Mantua Township; her former husband Robert Frankenfield; and her brothers, Thomas "Butch" Milligan (Lil), Robert Milligan and George Milligan.
She is survived by: her husband Allen Weinberg of Lewistown; her children, Michelle Frankenfield, Stacy Gutshall (Scott) of Lewistown, David Florence of Mapleton Depot, Jason, Michele Weinberg of Three Springs and Christine Weinberg of Bellefonte; her grandchildren, Thomas, Alyssa, Evan, Ava Gutshall of Lewistown, Jason Weinberg Jr. (Hannah) of Three Springs, Austin of Three Springs, Sienna of Three Springs, Lucas Weinberg of Three Springs, Shaylee, Darlene and Destiney Gardner of Lewistown; her great grandchild Allison Weinberg; her siblings, Charles Milligan (Debbie) of Tennessee, Dorothy "Dottie" Mae Geroe (Ed) of New Jersey, Pete Milligan (Belinda Norman) of Lewistown and Jane Milligan of New Jersey; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Gray (William "Bill"). She is also survived by many family members, friends and former co-workers.
