He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Forshey and Lillian R. Forshey (Yoder); his son David Forshey; his sisters, Vicky Forshey and Anna Packer; and his brother-in-law Mark Hutchison.
He is survived by: his wife Carrie L. Forshey (Bay); his children, Gregory Forshey (Amanda) of North Ridgeville, OH, Deanna Davis (Kirk) of Lewistown and Katie Wilson (Allen) of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Amelia, Samantha, Alexis, Bridget, Cody, Dawson, Ethan and Isabella; and his siblings, Rebecca Hutchison and John Forshey (Bobbi Jo).
