He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. McTavish II and Betty Morrison (Ettinger). He is survived by: his former wife Edria McTavish; his children, Dustin Wagner of Lewistown, Avery Ettinger of Alfarata, Tylor Ettinger of Lewistown, Noah of Lewistown, Colton of Lewistown and Emma McTavish of Lewistown; and his grandchildren, Björn Wagner, James Haines and Leon Ettinger.
