Joann G. Carper Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joann G. Carper of Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 9, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Snook and Phyllis Snook (Fluke); her husband Lester L.'Jim'Carper; and her siblings, Barbara Haywood, Larry Snook and Gary Snook.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Carper (Thomas Russell) of San Antonio, TX, Elaine Carper Ross of Palmdale, CA and Gail Yoder (Larry) of Reedsville; and her grandchildren, Jodi Good (James), Jenny Shreffler (Shawn), Aaron Tsutaoka (Brigitte) and Travis Tsutaoka. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
