With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan M. Brought (Lewistown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 20, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd and Mary S. Shirey (Melhorne); her daughter Heather J. Shirey; her grandson Matthew Fisher; and her siblings, Timothy, Kenneth Shirey and Marlene Norris.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tonya M. Neyhart (Chris) of Duboistown, April Hannon (Ray) of Strodes Mills, Amy Swartz of Hummelstown, Courtney B. Graybill of Netherlands, Jennette Brought of Lewistown and Bobbi Jo Hutko of Lewistown; her grandson Xander; and her siblings, Jennifer Shirey (Russell Blessing) of Lewistown and Rick Shirey of York Haven. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
