He is survived by: his son Richard L. Davis; his grandchildren, Emily K. Davis Newcomer (Lucas), Libby C. McCardle McDuling (John), Adrienne Jessie McCardle Jones (Todd), Britt P. McCardle Barnes (Joel) and Jess P. Davis (Brittany Jerlat); his stepgranddaughters, Margaret Sweeney Pfitzenmaier, Sarah Sweeney Cascagnette (Brad) and Jessica Sweeney Hoover (Alex); his great grandchildren, Zachary L., Kathryn E., Anna G. Newcomer, Grace E., Eleanor R. McDuling and Andrew Jesse Jones; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Lillian, Jackson, Trent Pfitzenmaier, Carter Cascagnette, Vivian, Alicia, London Hoover, Emma, Olivia and Nicholas Jones; his sisters, Saundra Showers (Gary) and Patricia Erhard (Richard); his siblings-in-law, Joyce Goss Davis (late William), Lucille Johnson Davis (late Harold), Judy Wilson Kratzer Singer (Donald) and Joe Wilson (Sandra); and his daughter Patricia.
