With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Lee Booney of Lewistown, Pennsylvania, born in Shirleysburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 3, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Booney and Alice Booney Groce (Wilson); his wife Sharon K. Booney (Weaver); his siblings, Howard Groce, Mary Lawver and Shirley Everly; his great grandchild Eva Maria Interiano; and his stepson Richard "Rick" Grove.
He is survived by: his children, James Booney of Granville, Mary Panunzio (Tony) of Yeagertown, Carmen Hepner (Glenn) of Belleville and Patricia Specht (Richard) of Yeagertown; his stepchildren, Doriann Rhoades (Timothy) of Milroy and Jeffrey A. Grove of Lewistown; and his siblings, John Groce (Barbara) of Granville, Sarah Walls of McClure, William Groce (Berniece) of Perry County, Annie Campbell of Lewistown and Deborah Walters of Lewistown. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
