Silkman of Lewistown, Pennsylvania, born in Mifflintown, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 91, on May 25, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Rodkey and Elmira C. Rodkey (Zong); her husband Stanley S. Silkman Sr.; and her brothers, Richard Dean Zong, Donald Rodkey and Carl'Edward'Rodkey.
She is survived by: her son Stanley S. Silkman Jr. (Pamela) of Lewistown; her grandsons, Aaron Silkman (Samantha) of Tingalpa and Cory Silkman of Towson, MD; her great grandchildren, Tomas, Eryn Grace, Graham and Grayson Silkman; and her sister Kay Righter of Lewistown. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jean's memory to Skills or to the Senior Center.
