With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Hackett of Lewistown, Pennsylvania, born in Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on October 3, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Renicks and Olive Renicks (Richardson); and her former husband Joseph R. Nichols. She is survived by: her husband Fred E. Hackett of Lewistown; her sons, Eric J. Nichols (Michael) of Pittsburgh and Todd J. Nichols (Kimberly) of Lewistown; her sister Joy Kirby of Zanesville, OH; and her grandchildren, Ian and Quinn Nichols.
