He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Sr. Stuck and Ella Mae Stuck (Blovelt); his brother Carl David Stuck; and his siblings-in-law, Hugh "Butch" E. McKnight and Sharon Stuck.
He is survived by: his stepson Christopher Powers (Shannon) of Lewistown; his daughter Scarlett Packer (Brooke Varner) of Lewistown; his stepgrandsons, Hunter and Skyler Powers; his siblings, Terry L. Stuck, Ruth Swartz of Lewistown, Carol Cox (William "Bill") of Collegeville and Sheila M. McKnight (Wayne Hartley) of Lewistown; and his sister-in-law Emma N. Stuck of Burnham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, including another great-nephew.
