He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Smith and Flossie "Birdie" Ritenour (McMaster); and his wife Judi Smith (Druckemiller). He is survived by: his children, Shana Smith of Pittsburgh, Nichole Prescott (Ian) of Lewistown, Briana O'Dell (Derek) of Pittsburgh, Billi Hess of McClure and Mercedes Lauver (D. J.) of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Matthew, Amariyah, Liam, Ronan, Kaili, Deven and Noah; and his sister Elaine Lyter of Burnham.
