He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul F. Cunningham and Bettie L. Cunningham (Potter); his former wife Donna M. Cunningham (Graham); his wife Lynn C. Cunningham (Browning); and his stepson Michael Q. "Banny" Bubb.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Jeffrey G. Bubb (Peggy Alexander) of Charlestown, John Funk II (Brenda), Jennifer Funk (Todd Douty) of Bellefonte and Karen Bubb of Lewistown; and his brother Lee Cunningham (Teresa) of Lewistown. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
