He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Wheeler and Ruth V. Wheeler (Moore). He is survived by: his children, Jane Womeldorf (Keith) of Dubois, Ronald Wheeler of Harrisburg, Betsy Harper (Richard) of Lewistown and Lori Gohr (Mike) of California; his stepchildren, Dennis Gillam (Sandee) of Montoursville and Judy Gillam of Richfield; and his sister Doris Seitz of Carlisle. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
