She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Stine and Mary Stine (Amey); her husband Paul L. Nepper; her son Dale E. Nepper; and her siblings, Charles A. Stine and Beulah E. Nipple.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth M. Nepper of Lewistown.
Viewing was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home (108 1st Ave, Burnham, PA 17009). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at the Juniata Memorial Park (9010 US-522, Lewistown, PA 17044).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Helen's memory may be made to Rhodes Memorial U.M.C., 500 Highland Ave., Lewistown.
