She is survived by: her grandchildren, Chad (Kate), Richard (Carissa) and Rachel (Scott); her great grandchildren, Chase, Jacob, Mya and Lexi; and her siblings, Cora Graham, Arthur Folk (Mary Jane) and Myrtle Ayres (Steve).
