He is survived by: his wife Christine Fultz (Kenawell); his children, Shea Fultz (Lyle Jasper) of Lewistown and Adam Fultz of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Damon Jasper and Paige Shugarts; and his siblings, Karen Grose (Tony) of Lewistown, Donald Fultz (Sandy) of McVeytown, David Fultz (Tina) of Lewistown, Susan Trego (Robert) of Liverpool, Richard Fultz (Deanne) of McClure and Donna Eden (Rusty Renninger) of Yeagertown.
