Lewis of Lewistown; her children, Kim Clark (Timothy Arentz) of Mifflintown and Kurtis Swisher (Rhonda) of Lewistown; her sister Brenda Yorks (David) of Lewistown; her grandchildren, Colton Swisher (Cortney), Courtney Swisher and Cade Clark; and her great grandchild Eloise Swisher.
