With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Guy Appleby Jr. (Lewistown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 16, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy E. Appleby and Twila A. Appleby (Powell); and his siblings, Robert Appleby and Lois Denlinger. He is survived by: his wife Donna Appleby (Haywood); his children, Alan Appleby of Lewistown, Arica Monsell (Bret) of Lewistown and Anne Clark of Lewistown; his grandchildren, David Monsell (Kathrine), Katie Monsell, Nathan, Andrea Appleby, Alexandra and Brandon Clark; and his great grandchildren, Mia Capri Monsell and Rowan Alan-Charles Bickel.
