He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Neff and Berube. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Neff (Kimberly); his children, Abby Ream (Kevin) of Downingtown and Gregory Neff of Harrisburg; and his brothers, Danny Neff (Jane) of Mount Union, Bobby Neff (Stephanie) of Milroy and Ronny Neff (Cyndi) of Lewistown.
