He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Clelan and Isabelle M. Clelan (Brown); and his brother Col. Joseph Clelan. He is survived by: his wife Beverly M. Clelan (Smithers); his children, Kelly J. Schaeffer (Carl) of Lewistown, Kerry A. Royer (Ron) of York and Kris B. Clelan (Jay Hoff) of Bellefonte; his grandchildren, Kacey Settine (Gregory), Lizzie Thomas (Brett), Bailey Hoff and Henry Hoff; his great grandchildren, Eva Thomas and Camden Thomas; and his sister Martha Lynch of Oregon.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the First United Methodist Church (200 E 3rd St, Lewistown, PA 17044).
