He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee G. "Sonny" and Mary E. Wilt (Lancaster); and his brothers, Noel and Hiram Wilt. He is survived by: his son Derek Wilt Sr. (Ashley) of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Derek Wilt Jr., Dax Wilt, Katie Wilt, Chris Dippery and Trisha Dippery; his great grandchild Onyx McKinney; his siblings, Timothy Wilt (Dottie) of McClure, Clara Dobson (Francis) of Milroy, Alfred Wilt of McClure, Yasmin Davis (Mary) of Lewistown and Harriet Gombos of McClure; and his pet Lily. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
