She was predeceased by: her parent Cleon Cleck; her husband LeRoy R. Black; and her sister Barbara Courtney. She is survived by: her parent Gladys Cleck (Mann); her nephews, Jack Berryman (Elaine) of Washington and Don Berryman (Kathy) of Nevada; and her sister-in-law Dorothy "Dot" Berryman of Reedsville.
