Herbert (Brent); his wife Phyllis Irene Youtzy Herbert (Hassinger); his daughter Lucretia L. Hepburn (Don) of Lewisburg; his stepchildren, Darlene Henry, Thomas R. Youtzy (Nancy), Deborah K. Winters (Clayton) of Strasburg, Terry R. Youtzy (Lisa) of Lewistown, Alan S. Youtzy (Trudy Renninger) of Lewistown and Patty J. Shifflett (Donnie) of Lewistown; his grandson Lucas Hepburn; and his siblings, David L. Herbert (Jeanie) of Jacksonville, Robert E. Herbert of Shippensburg, George H. Herbert (Peg) and Rebecca J. Hoover (Herbert). He is also survived by 18 step-grandchildren; 39 step-great-grandchildren.
