It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Harbst of Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 3, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Frank C. and Lula Harbst (Lepley); his wife Carole Harbst (Shontz); and his sister Lily Haubrick. He is survived by: his children, Yvonne L. Baumgardner (Matthew Traxler) of Juniata Terrace and Todd A. Harbst (Jennifer) of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Crystal, Keith Baumgardner, Lynde and Jay Metzler; his great grandchildren, Enola Kress, Stone Miller and Riley Baumgardner; and his brother Melvin Stringfellow (Barb) of Lewistown.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020, at Union Cemetery, Mifflintown, with Captains Philip and Charity Bender officiating.
