She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Maben and Grace Maben (Bumgardner); her husband William Downer; her son James Downer; her granddaughter Chrisy Carol; her siblings, Janet Maben and Elmer Maben; and her son-in-law James Bumgardner.
She is survived by: her children, Roxanne Miller (Larry) of Lewistown, Dottie Kauffman (Ned) of Reedsville, Arlene Bumgardner of Summerdale, William Downer (Kathy) of Mill Creek and Nancy Briar (Randy Weaver) of Lancaster; and her daughter-in-law Bonny Downer of Sunbury. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 21 great-great grandchildren.
