He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Black (Rowland); and his siblings, Philip Black, Marion Rose and Ralph Black. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Black (Paulette) of Lewistown and Joyce Black of Mechanicsburg; and his grandsons, Adam Black and Seth Black (Anjelica). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
