She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter J. Downing, Jr. and Annis L. Downing (Mellott); her husband David Smoker, Jr.; her granddaughter Nikeisha Walker; her great grandchild Audrina Rattanavongsa; and her sister Annis "Twink" Downing.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Thompson (Robert) of Burnham, Clifford Kerstetter, III (Jan) of Reedsville, Michael Kerstetter (Shannon) of Northeast and Beth McNemar (Jamie) of Lewistown; her grandchildren, Brittany Picketts (Chad), Jessica Walker (Frank Thomas), Clint Walker (Glynnann), Hannah Kerstetter (Hunter Wright), Halle Kerstetter (Brian Yetter), Paxton and Owen Kerstetter; and her great grandchildren, Decker Treaster, Kai, Koa Thompson, Onyx Hummel, Adilyn, Sloan and Annistyn Picketts.
