She is survived by: her husband David Fultz; her son-in-law Brian Hooser; her grandchildren, Taylor-Ann Fultz, Calin Pierce, Nathaniel Fortson, Mariah Fortson and Grant Fultz; and her great grandchildren, Sydni and Karsyn Stein.
