She is survived by: her children, David Koch (Trina), Michael Koch and Nicole Henry; her grandchildren, David Bender (Chelsea), Andrea Alcalde (Diego) and Jesie Crouse (Justin); her great grandchildren, Liam, Everly Bender, Chase and Ben Alcalde; and her sister-in-law Becky Rhoades.
