He is survived by: his wife Gloria Ann Howell (Hartman) of Lewistown; his children, Heather Harrison of State College, Wendy Strausburg (Rob) of Burnham, Brandy Snyder (Tyler) of Lewistown, Krystal Fultz (Clint) of McVeytown and Charles J. Howell III (Rhonda) of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Josh, Jordan, Bella, Nicolas, Ty, Sadie, Sidney, Savannah, Catalina, Sebastian, Camden, Quinton, Zander, Tucker and Libbi; his great grandchildren, Chase, Carson and Max; and his siblings, Deborah Tullier (Benny) of Louisiana, James Howell (Sue) of Lewistown and Alfred Howell of Lewistown.
