She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Boggs and Wilma Boggs (Dimeter); her husband Edward M. Forsythe, Sr.; and her son Edward M. Forsythe, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Joyce E. Appleby (Jeffrey) of Kutztown, Clifford M. Forsythe (Christine) of McClure and Charlotte M. Snyder (Robert) of Lewistown; her daughter-in-law Cathy A. Forsythe of Lewistown; and her siblings, Edward Brisbin of Ohio and Eleanor Benedict of Sewickely, PA.. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great grandchildren.
