She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd C. "Dutch" Fagan and Grace M. Fagan (Boaz); her husband Charles E. Bailey; her daughter Virginia L. Watt (Bailey); and her brother Lloyd C. Fagan.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Darrell L. Watt of Lewistown; her granddaughter Britney Baumgardner (Willie); her great grandchild Colton Baumgardner; her sister Anna L. Shirey (Charles N.) of McClure; and also, Vina and Bruce Dorman. She is also survived by two nieces and a nephew; and 15 great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.
