He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George and Etta Haubrick. He is survived by: his parents, Brian Haubrick and Cari Haubrick (Traxler) of Lewistown; his grandfather Jacob Thomas Traxler Jr. (Patricia) of Lewistown; and his siblings, Brooke and Haden Haubrick of Lewistown.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pine Glen Cma Church (1058 PA-103, Lewistown, PA 17044). A memorial service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Avery's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
