He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Walters and Marilyn Walters Druckenmiller (Lydick); his sister Joy Tubbs of Chula Vista, CA; and his children, Heather Marie and Terry Lynn.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Lightfoot (Jason) of Lewistown and Virginia; and his siblings, Norman Walters of McClure, Bryan Walters of Mifflintown, Kathy Kraft of Washington and Fred Walters of Burnham. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
