She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Baumgardner and Amy Baumgardner (Weaver); her daughter Amy Jo Wagner; and her granddaughter Sarann Wagner. She is survived by: her husband James E. Price Sr.; her son James E. Price Jr. (Wendy) of Lewistown; her granddaughter Stephanie Jo Sheetz; her great grandchild Kennedy Jo Sheetz; and her siblings, Bonnie Ritchey (Russ) of McClure, Mike Baumgardner (Crystal) of McVeytown and John Baumgardner (Mary Jane) of Bellefonte.
