She was predeceased by: her husband Harry J. "Buck" Howell; her parents, Carl D. Price and Harriet Price (Youtzy); and her son Fred Howell. She is survived by: her sons, H. Donald Howell of New Mexico, Michael D. Howell, Sr. (Tina) of Strodes Mill and Guy L. Howell (Tracey) of Mifflintown; and her sister Gaile Miller of Mifflintown. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
