He was predeceased by: his mother Verna Viola (Lerch). He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Fultz (Hackenberry); his children, Alfred T. "Fred" Fultz, Jr. (Tish) of Belleville and Cherie Zimmerman (Robert) of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Cody Fultz, Addie Fultz, Bree Fultz, Clayton Fultz and Nathan Zimmerman; and his siblings, Rush H. Fultz, Jr., Ellen L. Lane, James A. Fultz (Susanne), Mona Ann Fultz and David R. Fultz.
